Kyle Loughran
Founder & CEO
Kyle serves as Chief Executive of Legend Food Service, where he oversees the company’s strategic direction, including implementation of best practices, financial planning,
and M&A strategy. Since the platform acquisition in 2017, Kyle and the Legend team have grown revenues by 600% through acquisition and organic sales growth.
Kyle has been involved in M&A and IPO preparedness since 2011. Until 2017, Kyle was
a member of the Corporate Development team at Cvent, where he was responsible for
acquisition strategy development, execution, and post-merger integration.
Before Cvent, Kyle was in the Transactions Services group at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Kyle’s transaction experience includes over $1B of acquired revenue and the management of over 1,000 employees in post-merger integration.
Kyle earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School at the
University of Pennsylvania, where he was a two-year captain of the University of
Pennsylvania swim team, US Nationals qualifier, and a USMS National Record holder.
Kyle is a member of the Young Presidents Organization.
Ben Adams
Chief Revenue Officer
Ben is the Chief Revenue Officer of Legend Food Service. He oversees all
revenue-related functions, including marketing, sales, customer support, pricing,
and revenue management.
Prior to Legend, Ben was a developer with Raleigh, NC-based Kane Realty Corporation, where he oversaw the firm’s relationships with national grocery store chains and the development of grocer anchored retail. Before Kane, Ben was a commercial real estate broker in the Washington, DC office of Grubb and Ellis Company. He has completed over $1.5B in leasing in development deals in his career.
Ben earned his bachelor’s degree from Harvard University.
Nick Duda
Vice President of Corporate Development
Nick serves as Head of Corporate Development for Legend Food Service, where he leads Legend’s development plans, including identifying potential partners in
the marketplace and exploring opportunities that align with the company’s
forecasted objectives.
Prior to Legend, Nick spent more than four years at A.L. Stuart Investments, where he
served as the lead analyst on the family’s co-investments and led the digitization of the
firm’s capabilities. Nick previously worked for the CST Group, assisting founder-owner
and family-owned clients in growing their businesses, focusing on strategic growth
initiatives, M&A, financial reporting, and forecasting.
Nick earned his degrees from the College of William and Mary and is a Chartered
Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Nick serves on the
Board of the Connecticut Vending Association.
Kevin Koehr
Vice President of Operations
Kevin serves as Vice President of Operations at Legend Food Service, where he leads
operations, integration efforts, and the technology and logistics transformations
of the companies Legend acquires.
Prior to joining Legend, Kevin served eight years as a medical logistics and operations
officer in the U.S. Army and as a supervisor and project manager for government
contractors in the US and the Middle East.
Kevin holds a bachelor's degree from Virginia Tech.
